Fit-out Scope of Work

It is in intent of the work scope to provide a full function, structurally sound, and well-performing
platform whose interior can be customized to an individual client’s particular tastes. The standard
scope of work for Ares 102’ shall include the following:
1. Hull, deck, and superstructure structure inspected and modified per design
2. All the mechanical and machnery, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, sanitation, and electrical systems throughout
3. The driveline and propulsion package per Reference (1)
4. Re-styled interior and exterior per Reference (1)
5. Engine room aft per Reference (1)
6. The vessel tank plan per Reference (1)
7. All new exterior fairing, paint, windows and systems.

The interior décor, domestic appliances and navionic equipment shall be specified by the owner(s) to
meet their unique custom requirements, the cost of which shall be in addition to the base price
quoted and subject to a fully executed purchase and new build contract. (See owner supplied
equipment). The interior shall be broom clean, marine plywood floors and bulkheads, open
overheads, with terminated plumbing runs, HVAC terminated and air handlers ready to be installed in
owner specified cabinetry, wiring runs to each cabin/space to allow for installation of standard
